spacious apartment tasty food nice spa ski storage children in sauna noisy people
The apartment was very spacious for a family. The food in the restaurant was tasty. I recommend the half-board option. The spa was nice, and I enjoyed the pool and saunas.
Ski storage was not offered, and I was invited to store skis in the room. Children were allowed in the sauna, and that was a problem. Some people did not use towels in the saunas, and staff didn't enforce quiet rules.

fantastic ski vacation
diverse dinners regular shuttle
the food choices for meals were indeed diverse, with themed dinners each day! a shuttle bus service runs regularly to the gondola lift, it provides convenient access to the ski center. the hotel felt very clean and white sheets.
The staff did not resolve my issue after i reported my son's headphones missing from the room. i waited a month for a response but never heard back. It was disheartening.
Dining
9/10
the hotel restaurant offers a diverse selection of food options! the breakfast included a rich variety of items, and dinner featured different themes each night like italian, mexican, and bulgarian. it was quite enjoyable.
Rooms
10/10
Our apartment was quite spacious and clean. it had a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony with acceptable views of the surroundings. We really loved it. the white sheets and towels were clean.
Location
8/10
The hotel is located on the outskirts of town and there were buildings that looked abandoned nearby. This was the only off putting thing. the hotel provides a shuttle to the gondola though you can walk into town.
